When two master trainers with over 20 years of combined teaching experience collaborate to create a one-of-a-kind teacher training and barre methodology, something new and fresh is the result. What is Barre Frequency all about?
Barre Frequency will train you how to teach on the beat of DJ-mixed house playlists, perfect for creating a high-intensity barre vibe. We emphasize musicality and movement in sync with the beat. You must like the musical experience of a barre class to really enjoy the art we will teach you: how to create a seamless class flow using music to drive the class tempo and rhythm.

- Profit from refined course content: you’ll be learning the same Barre Essentials content which has undergone multiple revisions, more than 100 certified barre instructors before you have used this info to jumpstart their barre classes.

- The training weekend will help you to build your confidence in teaching skills, enabling you to lead classes with clear cueing and facilitate inclusive classes
