Light muscle tissue fatigue complemented with comprehensive flexibility work for optimal recovery and improved full-body mobility. A combination of active, passive, ballistic, and PNF stretching techniques to simultaneously build strength and flexibility in the targeted muscle group.

What to expect?

Increased range of motion within your joints and surrounding muscles, in addition to, relief of stress, stiffness, and low blood circulation.

AMRAP, interval routines and strength training sets using props we typically don’t use in other classes such as kettlebells, step ups, the plyobox and slam balls in combination with body weight exercises. Focused on challenging your muscles by building full-body strength, stamina, and endurance.
