Just a towel and water! The studio is fully-equipped with all the mats and props you may need for any lesson, workshop or event.

Yes, we have two showers in our gender-neutral changing space. Our showers are equipped with body wash and shampoo (amongst other toiletry products), but please bring your own towel.

Please arrive at least 5-10 minutes before your class is scheduled to begin, so you have more than enough time to take off your coat + shoes and get acclimated to the studio. Note that out of respect for everyone in the class & for safety reasons of needing a proper warmup, the doors close exactly when your class is scheduled to start. Please be on time!

Of course not! All of our lessons, except our Elevate formats, are perfect for everyone no matter whether you’re just getting started or partake in classes daily. All of our instructors are able to provide variations and adjustments to meet everyone’s needs.

Yes, we have one single, gender neutral changing space that is open to every and anyone. We, of course, also have showers and toilet areas that offer more privacy if desired.
