Strength & Cardio
This is where intensity builds through AMRAP sets, interval training, and compound movements. With kettlebells, slam balls, the assault bike, and squat racks, Power is offered in two formats: Strength, centred on muscular strength, control, and stability, and Strength & Conditioning, which integrates endurance and stamina for a more dynamic training experience.
No small weights, no half measures. Come ready to work, leave stronger, more energised, and accomplished than you arrived.

Arrive 10 minutes early so your instructor can walk you through the equipment and set you up properly. Wear comfortable indoor training shoes with grip, this is not a mat class. Bring water and come fuelled.
Work in intervals and circuits, in Strength & Conditioning, alternating between strength sets and cardio bursts. Form cued throughout, modifications and progressions for every exercise. Beginner friendly.
Showers and changing facilities available to freshen up. Protein shakes at the café to replenish, please order before class.
