What to expect

Improvement in your posture and injury preventive movement patterns, whilst building strength, stability, flexibility, and spinal mobility.

Before class

Wear comfortable clothes you can move freely in. Grip socks or bare feet are okay.

During class

Slow, intentional movement with a strong emphasis on breath and form. Personalised cues and corrections throughout. Every exercise can be modified to meet your level.

After class

Take your time coming out of it. Align is a class your nervous system feels as much as your muscles. Give yourself a moment before rushing off, water, tea, or a snack are all available at the café.

  • Full Body. A complete pilates experience from head to toe.
  • Core. Deep abdominal, pelvic floor, and stabiliser focus.
  • Glutes. Targeted lower body and glute focus.
