High energy. Low impact. Strength through rhythm.

Sculpt is a high-energy, low-impact, time-under-tension training method inspired by Pilates, barre, and strength training. Through controlled, targeted movements, it challenges both larger muscle groups and the smaller supporting muscles to build strength, endurance, and muscular control.

It’s about slowing things down without losing intensity. Holding with intention, moving with precision, and finding power in the moments that challenge you most.

Over one immersive weekend

Our Sculpt Teacher Training gives you the tools to understand, program, and teach this style of movement with confidence. Learn how to combine resistance, controlled sequencing, and musicality to create classes that are challenging, effective, and engaging from start to finish.

Led by Gabby Hankinson and Taylor Silva at Anima House, this training brings together movement education, practical application, and creative programming to help you develop your own approach to teaching Sculpt.

What you’ll learn

  • · The fundamentals of Sculpt: Understand time under tension, controlled movement, muscular endurance, and the principles behind low-impact training.
  • · Strength through precision: Learn how to target larger muscle groups alongside smaller stabilising muscles through purposeful exercise selection and sequencing.
  • · Resistance and equipment: Explore how to use weights, bodyweight, and resistance to create an effective and balanced class.
  • · Programming with intention: Build cohesive class structures that balance intensity, muscle groups, transitions, and recovery.
  • · Movement and musicality: Use tempo, rhythm, and timing to create a class that feels connected, challenging, and energising.
  • · Coaching with confidence: Develop your cueing, technique demonstrations, modifications, and progressions to support different bodies and experience levels.
  • · Developing your teaching style: Learn to lead with clarity, presence, and purpose while creating an environment where people feel empowered to challenge themselves.

What you’ll leave with

The knowledge and practical skills to create Sculpt classes that build strength and endurance, challenge the body through controlled movement, and leave participants feeling powerful from beginning to end.
