Our Sculpt experience
A high energy, low impact time under tension training. Inspired by pilates, barre and strength training.
Designed to build strength and endurance through deep tissue work for both larger and small supporting muscle groups, using controlled and targeted exercises that make you feel power from start to finish.
Improved posture, alignment, balance, coordination and mobility while obtaining overall more body awareness, alongside sculpting, toning, and elongating muscles.
Arrive 10 minutes early. Indoor shoes, bare feet, or grip socks work, you'll be on the mat. We'll be cranking the energy up. All you need is energy and water.
Move through controlled, targeted exercises that build the burn gradually, challenging endurance, stability, and focus while maintaining a strong mind muscle connection. Emphasis on alignment, posture, and breath throughout.
You'll leave feeling stronger, more balanced, and empowered. Grab a snack at the café to replenish before heading out.
