Fluid is built around intentional vinyasa flows that move between grounded and dynamic movements, designed to pull you out of your head and into your body.

Every flow is different. Each one created to move you physically, mentally, and build a deeper connection with yourself. Come as you are, leave as something more.

What to expect

Enhanced mental focus and clarity, cardiovascular & stamina health, stress relief, increased body awareness, and improved strength & flexibility.

Before class

Wear something comfortable you can move and breathe freely in.

During class

Your instructor will guide you through a movement to breath flow, offering modifications and deeper expressions of each pose. The pace shifts between slow and powerful, follow your body's lead and take moments as you need.

After class

Take your time. Fluid is as much a mental reset as a physical one, don't rush the feeling. Grab a tea or something nourishing from the café and let it settle.
