Our Barre experience

High energy, low impact, and completely addictive. Endure fuses ballet, pilates, and fitness into one rhythmic, full body experience. You'll pulse, tone, and build real strength, all to a beat you'll actually want to move to.

Expect deep tissue work that sculpts and elongates, wrapped in an energy that makes an hour feel like nothing. Fair warning: you may dance a little between sets.

What to expect

Overall more body awareness, in combination with sculpting, toning, and elongating muscles, improving flexibility, and enhancing balance & coordination.

Before class

Arrive 10 minutes early to get set up at the barre and meet your instructor. Grip socks or bare feet work. Bring water and expect to get straight to work from the first song.

During class

Small, controlled movements at the barre combined with bursts of higher tempo and floor work, all moving to the beat of the music. Modifications and progressions always available, whatever your level.

After class

Your muscles will be warm and worked. Take a moment to stretch a bit longer, use the showers to freshen up, or grab something from the café before you head out.
