This one is for your body's long game. Deepen combines active, passive, ballistic, and PNF stretching techniques to build flexibility and strength at the same time, not one at the expense of the other.

It's the class that makes every other class feel better. Leave with more range, less stiffness, and a body that finally feels like it has room to breathe.

What to expect

Increased range of motion within your joints and surrounding muscles, relief of stress and stiffness, and improved circulation throughout the body.

Before class

Wear something you can move freely in. You'll be on the mat, so comfort is everything. We have all the props you'll need, just bring water. If you have a specific area of tightness or an injury, let your instructor know.

During class

A combination of active and passive holds, controlled breathing, and guided movement through your full range. Variations offered throughout. This class meets you exactly where your body is today.

After class

You'll leave feeling genuinely lighter. A great one to follow with something from the café and a slow walk home.
