Nestled in a nature-rich setting in the Netherlands, this experience is designed as a true reset, blending gentle movement, reflective practices, replenishing meals, and intentional moments of quiet to nourish your mind, body, and soul.

5 freshly prepared meals and catered for the group. Herbal teas, fresh juices, and nourishing snacks available.
Daily yoga, meditation & breathwork. Journaling & intention setting. Welcome circle and grounding practices.
Digital detox in nature. Opening & closing circles. Private WhatsApp group for connection.
Arrival with welcome tea followed by a gentle grounding yoga session, shared community dinner, and an evening of opening circle, journaling, and quiet reflection.
Start the day with sunrise meditation, breathwork, and yin-inspired yoga, followed by meals, journaling, gentle movement, and free time in nature. The evening closes with a firelight reflection or guided visualisation before quiet hours.
A soft morning of stretching and gratitude journaling continued with an energising group yoga and a closing meditation. The retreat ends with a shared final lunch and journaling session.

It’s your responsibility to get to the retreat location. If necessary, we can arrange a transfer from the nearest station. You’ll receive detailed travel instructions and more information about transfer options closer to the date once you book.
Your own single bed in a calm shared room with Anima House community members
Comfortable layers for movement, warm clothing for nature walks, journal and pen, any personal items you need, and an open heart.
We encourage a phone-free experience during sessions and shared spaces to help you fully arrive in the experience. You’re welcome to use your phone during free time and in your private room. Kindles and other reading devices are absolutely allowed throughout.
All meals are vegetarian/vegan. Please let us know about any allergies or specific dietary needs when you book, and we’ll accommodate you.
